Sammy Ofer Stadium in Haifa is a football stadium where various cultural, entertainment and sports events take place (“the Stadium”). In addition, the VIP areas located in the western stand of the Stadium are used for private events, such as weddings, brit ceremonies, bar and bat mitzvahs, as well as conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, fairs, meetings, brand launches and more (“the Events”).
The Website allows the purchase of tickets for Stadium tours and private tours for organized groups (“the Tours”), as well as booking and reserving the Stadium for various Events (“Event Booking”). The Tours and Event Booking shall be referred to collectively as “the Services”. In addition, the Website offers a variety of branded products of the Stadium, such as scarves, shirts and similar items (“the Products”).
The Website also provides information about the Services, the Tours, Stadium activities, photo galleries, directions to the Stadium, Stadium staff, Stadium map, football match schedules and more.
Use of the Website
These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of a corporation (“you”), and the Company regarding your browsing and use of the Website on any computer or communication device, such as a mobile phone, tablet and similar devices. These Terms also apply to the use of the Website and related sites via applications or any other medium. Please read these Terms carefully, as browsing and performing actions on the Website constitute your consent to these Terms (“the Terms”).
The Terms apply equally to all genders. Masculine or feminine language is used for convenience only.
Browsing the Website is permitted at any age. Purchases on the Website are intended for users aged 18 and above. Any purchase made by a minor under the age of 18 requires parental or guardian approval.

The Website allows the purchase of Products, booking of Tours and booking of Events.
Tour participation requires registration and advance payment.
Event booking requires submission of the relevant details, such as type of event, number of guests and date, along with payment of a deposit. After the deposit is paid, a Company representative will contact the customer for further coordination. Event booking is subject to signing a formal agreement.
Prices, availability and other purchase terms appear on the Website and may change at any time. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Tours, Services or Products without prior notice.
The user is responsible for providing correct and complete information during the purchase. The Company may verify this information and may cancel or restrict the order at any time. If payment was made for a canceled order, the Company will refund the payment to the same payment method.
If the credit card company refuses to process the payment, the Company may suspend or cancel the Service and demand payment through alternative means. If legal action is required to collect payment, the user will bear all related costs including attorney fees.
Purchases are subject to the terms of credit card companies and any other payment providers.

Terms of Service and Provision of Services
Services will be provided at the Stadium at the address listed at the end of these Terms, on the date stated in the order.
Service will be provided only upon presentation of a valid confirmation document.
Each Tour ticket is single use only. Damaged or forged confirmations will not be honored.
Users must arrive for the Tour approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals are not entitled to refunds or alternative dates.
The Company may cancel or reschedule Tours for any reason, with advance notice sent to the contact information provided during ordering. In cases of cancellation by the Company, payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
The Company is not responsible for delays or failure to provide Services due to force majeure, third party actions, technical failures or other circumstances beyond its control, including war, strikes, sabotage, public disturbances, government orders, weather conditions, epidemics and similar events.
While in the Stadium, visitors must comply with the Stadium Regulations published on the Website. Violators may be removed without refund and the Company may bar future access.
Shipping Policy (Products)
The Website will deliver ordered Products to the location agreed upon during purchase.
Delivery times:

A “business day” is Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays and days when banks are closed.
If a Product is unavailable, the user will be notified. If unavailable to respond, the order will be shipped without the missing item.
If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery time, the order will be returned and an additional delivery fee will apply.
If the customer requests to leave the package outside their door or with a neighbor, all responsibility transfers to the customer.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations with refund are allowed within 14 days from purchase, provided that at least 7 non-rest days remain before the Service date. A cancellation fee of 100 NIS or 5 percent of the Service value, whichever is lower, will apply.
Senior citizens, people with disabilities or new immigrants (up to 5 years), may cancel within 4 months, subject to at least 7 non-rest days before the Service and presentation of valid identification.
Cancellations outside these windows or due to no-show or lateness will not be refunded.
Product cancellations are allowed within 14 days of receipt. Requests after 14 days are subject to the Website’s discretion.
If cancellation is due to customer remorse and approved:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
